Preview: NYC Food Film Festival!

This weekend it the 5th annual New York City Food Film Festival, and I’m excited to attend the closing show tomorrow evening!  Hurrah for food, film, and a trip to the city!

The 4-day festival features short and long films, accompanied by edibles seen in the films.  Tomorrow’s “Farm to Film to Table” theme includes the film Truck Farm, along with a dinner of farm fresh harvest from Chefs Amanda Freitag, Neil Cain, Brad McDonald of Colonie, and Chipotle.  All proceeds from the festival go toward the Food Bank of NYC.  Check out the website, because there are still tickets left!
